10 years ago, I felt God calling me away from my corporate career.  I wasn’t sure WHAT He was calling me to do – I just knew He was asking me to leave my comfort zone.  That’s when this great adventure started – the adventure to seek, find, and pursue what I was created to do for the Kingdom of God.

Before I could DO what God created me for, I had a lot to learn, a lot to be stripped away, and a lot of humbling.  It’s been a very interesting, difficult, wild, and wonderful journey as I’ve let go of every preconceived notion about what my life was supposed to look like.

Summer 2010, we sold or gave-away just about everything we had to move into a motor home and pursue our next adventure – working with Adventures In Missions. Here I am, middle-aged, setting out to be a missionary for the Kingdom of God; loving God and loving God’s creation.

Most people would call me a nut, or at least slightly cracked.  But, my heart beats for something more than the comfortable places I’ve been.  I want the faith I read about in the Bible.  I want to see what God will do in me, through me, and around me if I let Him.

This summer, my family and I are hitting the road in tents to seek out dreams, dreamers, and coaches as part of the Kingdom Dreams ministry at AIM. We will be on the road for about six weeks the first time around.  Our goal is to build these roving ministry teams up enough to have people on the road year around seeking out Kingdom Dreams to help come alive.
